DESIGNING YOUR SITE

There's quite a bit of work we do to create for you a marketing effective web site. What follows are the general steps of our web site development process.

1. Analysis and Planning Minimize

Successful web sites incorporate the following:

  1. Your business goals
  2. The needs, wants, and expectations of your target market
  3. Your products and services

The very first thing we will do is interview you so that we can explore and understand your business.

We'll then help you define the following aspects which will drive the design of your site:

Based upon the above analysis, we'll develop and present a proposal to you to develop a web site designed to attract more customers and make you more money. We'll also negotiate with you a web design services contract based upon an agreed upon scope of work.

When you're ready, we'll begin work immediately on your new web site.

4. Design Submission and Review Minimize

We believe the web design process goes much more smoothly when we have good communication with you.

Unless you request otherwise, we'll keep you informed and involved throughout the entire design process. We'll be continuously submitting material to you for informal review and you will be able to see your web site evolve as we go through the design process.

5. Final Approval Minimize

This is where you review the final web site design and find anything that needs to be changed. Basically, you will be looking for any problems or discrepancies that still need to be fixed. If you are not completely satisfied with the final web site, here is where we can make the final changes.

6. Bring Your Web Site Online Minimize

After cleaning up any last minute details and after we receive final approval and payment from you, we'll place your web site online and formally transfer ownership and copyrights to you.

Congratulations! You now have a web site that will help grow your business.

7. Search Engine Submission Minimize

After you're satisfied with the site, we'll submit the site to the major search engines as listed in the contract. We may also submit your site to some internet directories such as the Yellow Pages Online or other targeted directories.

We always provide a few hours of support at no charge to you to cover the inevitable things were missed or need to be changed on your web site.

We also offer customized web site maintenance service agreements that can keep your site updated with fresh content and changes while saving you money compared to our hourly service rates.
